The Story

Anna Willey founded Colorado Alternative Medicine in 2009, becoming the first woman to open a dispensary in Colorado. When California legalized adult use in 2018, she relocated the brand to Sacramento, scaled to ~4,000 flowering lights and 200+ employees, and built a reputation for preserving sought-after classic cultivars at contemporary THC levels. Through a PharmaCann partnership, CAM genetics have expanded to Colorado (2023), New York (October 2024), and beyond.
