The Story

Kiva Confections revolutionized cannabis edibles in 2010 with precision-dosed chocolate bars; Camino evolved that foundation into the industry's most influential effect-based gummy line. By pairing specific cannabinoid profiles with curated terpene blends and real-fruit flavors (Yuzu Lemon, Watermelon Lemonade, Midnight Blueberry, Sparkling Pear), Camino created a product template that competitors have widely imitated. The name "camino" (Spanish for "path") reinforces the brand's navigational metaphor — each flavor guides the consumer toward a specific experience.

Effect-based categorization (Chill/Excite/Bliss/Sleep/Social/Recover/Uplifting) pioneered by Camino and now industry standard
94% of consumers report no cannabis aftertaste, 92% report real-fruit taste (internal research)
CBN-inclusive Sleep varieties (Midnight Blueberry)
Hemp-Delta-9 DTC expansion into 16 non-legal states (Feb 2024)
