The Story

Founded in 2013 in San Diego by Ron Gershoni, Nate Ferguson, and Matt Lee, Jetty evolved from underground medical-cannabis extraction into California's top solventless vape maker. Co-founder Matt Lee conceived the Shelter Project while surfing in Ocean Beach, committing to donating vape pens to cancer patients — a program that has since donated $1.2M+ of product to 1,320+ patients. Canopy Growth's 2022 option agreement brought growth capital but preserved the founding team's operational autonomy and values orientation.

Wellgreens Pacific Beach carries 27 Jetty Products, including 510 distillate cartridges (Acapulco Gold, Alien OG, GDP, GSC, King Louis, Maui Wowie, Northern Lights, Pineapple Express), solventless 510 cartridges, solventless all-in-one vapes (Crumpets, Papaya Cake, Tropicana Cookies, others), and both solventless and non-solventless rosin-infused pre-roll 5-packs.

Jetty leads California solventless vapes with over 75% category share and was the first brand to produce OCal-certified solventless products (October 2022). They're also ECCO-certified, had the #1 terpene content in 2023 Emerald Cup SC Labs testing (Super Lemon Haze, 11.44%), and run the Shelter Project, which has donated $1.2M+ of product to 1,320+ cancer patients.
